BOOKINGS ARE TAKEN ON FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Please let us know your intention to attend by the deadline given in the relevant invitation sent to members. If, having booked and paid, you are then unable to attend the dinner and have not informed us before the given deadline, regretfully we will not be able to issue a credit or a refund.
It is understood that bookings are not secured until they have been paid in full.
If, having booked and paid for an event, you inform us before the deadline given in the relevant invitation that you are unable to attend, we will be able to issue a credit or a refund. Please contact the Honorary Secretary to cancel a booking before the deadline and obtain a refund.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE ABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND after the deadline given in the relevant invitation if you have failed to inform us by phone, email or recorded letter.
